Tyler Ilgen

The larger purpose of my EDGE Project was to help round out my leadership skills which made me more marketable for jobs. I’m still unsure what I want to do with my future, but this opportunity gave me teaching experience a long with more leadership experience. I’ve now been the original teacher of a group, and I believe that every leader’s job is to teach and guide others. This was my opportunity to teach the next batch of leaders for the Chi Phi fraternity, while also polishing a part of my skill set that I thought needed work as a leader.
