The new member process is designed to give the potential new members a background of our chapter, safety and risk policy, Greek lettering, and provide leadership opportunities. All new members that I taught became fluent in all areas, and are full-fledged brothers of the Chi Phi fraternity. I used weekly assessments to see where the potential new members were excelling, and what information I needed to cover more thoroughly. This helped the new members out with areas they were struggling with.
