For my EDGE Project I taught the new member process to the potential new members of the Chi Phi fraternity. The new member process is designed to give the potential new members a background of our chapter, safety and risk policy, Greek lettering, and provide leadership opportunities. I will use weekly assessments to see where the potential new members are excelling, and what information I needed to cover more thoroughly.
